Unless otherwise stated, the following applies.

Data file: "eph_oem_12_08_2022.zip" downloaded from Track NASA’s Artemis I Mission in Real Time, CREATION_DATE = 2022-12-08T04:53:51, "Spans RTC-5 through EI".
That text file was converted with the mkspk.exe NAIF utility to create a .bsp file to be used with the NAIF team's SPICE library.
The resulting SPK file is of type 13, which represents a continuous ephemeris using a discrete set of unevenly spaced states and a sliding window hermite interpolation method.

Time: UTC.

Radius of the bodies: the Moon is modeled as a sphere with a radius of 1737.4 km. The Earth is modeled as an ellipsoid with equatorial radius of 6378.1366 km and polar radius of 6356.7519 km.

Coordinates: the coordinates are geometric (no corrections for aberration, light-time, etc.).

Interactive graphs: all the graphs are rendered with plotly.js, an open-source JavaScript graphing library to generate dynamic and interactive graphs. The pages could take a few seconds to load.
