The table lists the close encounters (from the most recent to the least recent) of the selected satellite with Dmin-- km.

All the data are obtained from the TLEs downloaded from www.space-track.org and processed with the SGP4 propagator.

Since TLEs are not perfect, the true values (time, distances and speed) for the closest approach can significantly differ from the values shown in the table.
In order to improve the accuracy, the values shown in the table are averaged over several TLEs near the conjunction epoch.

Explanation of the columns

UTC: time of the minimum distance between the two satellites;
Dmin [km]: minimum distance between the two satellites;
Drad [km]: radial distance between the two satellites (at the time of the closest approach); it's the difference between the magnitude of the two radius vectors (Drad < 0 means that the object shown in the table is below the selected satellite);
Rel spd [km/s]: relative speed between the two satellites.
